And we Bled Blue.....

In a nation that is obsessed with Cricket... where the game ceases to be a sport and turns into more than a religion.. followed by millions... in a country where the population has pledged its heart to eleven men... the World Cup of 2011 will be remembered for a very very long time to come.. this is the day when our Men in Blue created history at home...

Team India did not just win the World Cup... What they won is the love of an entire nation.. respect from a million.. done what we believe we've always deserved.. A World Cup..the 28 year of drought has been brought to an end with this sweet victory...

It wasn't just this match against the Lankan ; it was a everything... We played wonderfully against the Australians.. brilliantly against the Pakistanis... it was something that we've been waiting for since the 1983.. This is one of those times when a common man feels as though he's a part of something great... this victory is not just for the team its for the country, for the followers of this religion..

As for me, feels great to be a part of a generation that has witnessed history :)
Congratulations India !!

Men in Blue... We Love you ...

is it all about the money honey ?

when Mastercard said "there are somethings money can't buy .. for everything else there is Mastercard" they were giving us a lesson in life :) most of us have something called dollar dreams(no offense to other currencies.. dollar dreams just rhymes :P) all these dreams, aspirations mostly involve making more moolah..
how important is money.. is it worth the time and energy you spend in making it.. a friend of mine always says "money will always come at the cost of something.." i guess its true.. and that something is infinitely more dearer than the $ you make..
have you ever asked your self what would you do if someone was to give you a billion bucks.. how happy will that make you.. add to that a condition of spending all of that on yourself.. will that make you happier? money can only buy things which are on sale.. then why is it that we keep wanting more and more of money when most of us don't even know what to do with it?while i only have questions and not many answers.. its something to think about i suppose..
Unlike me some wise guy seemed to have figured this whole thing out.. he says“Money is not the most important thing in the world. Love is. Fortunately, I love money.” :)
